Request a Trade Credit Insurance Quotation
Complete the application, attach your aged receivables and two years of financial statements, and return the package to Underwriting@SuretyOne.com. Indications on straightforward risks are typically available within days.
1. Download the application
The underwriting questionnaire is thorough by design, so there is no abbreviated online form. Download the application in whichever format your office prefers — the fillable PDF completes on screen in any PDF reader; the Word version suits offices that circulate documents for internal completion. The application collects the underwriting picture in two parts: Part I gathers your company profile, sales and loss history, receivables aging, buyer spread and principal accounts; Part II, the supplemental underwriting interrogatory, is completed by the person responsible for your credit decisions once an account is engaged.

2. Assemble the attachments
- Financial statements for the two most recent fiscal years (audited or reviewed if available)
- Current aged accounts receivable listing, by buyer
- Written credit procedures, if they exist
- Buyer schedule with requested credit limits (Part I, Section 8)
3. Submit and discuss
Return the package by email. An underwriter — not an intake queue — reviews every submission, and complex risks (concentration stories, export programs, lender-driven placements, excess of loss structures) get a working conversation, in English or Spanish, before terms issue.
Why place this coverage with us
- Career credit underwriting. Three decades of financial statement analysis across surety and specialty lines — the same discipline trade credit demands.
- The corridor. Offices in Raleigh, San Juan and Santo Domingo; native bilingual underwriting for U.S.–Caribbean–Latin American trade.
- Structure fluency. Whole turnover to excess of loss, lender assignments, export and political risk forms.
